Taxicard

This is a subsidised scheme for people using taxis and minicabs. Taxicard provides transport for London residents with mobility impairments or who are sight impaired.

Community Transport

Community Transport can also provide door-to-door transport to people in local communities who can't use mainstream public transport, allowing them to access work, training and social activities.

Dial-a-Ride

Dial-a-Ride is our door-to-door service. It's free for people who are unable to use public transport. Dial-a-Ride can be used for trips such as shopping, visiting family and travelling to leisure activities.

Transport to hospital appointments

Many hospitals offer free transport to and from appointments for people who meet their eligibility criteria (for example, people who may need medical attention during their journey). Contact your GP or the hospital's patient transport assessment centre to find out if you are eligible.
