Please offer me a seat

Many of our customers, particularly disabled people and those with invisible impairments, conditions or illnesses, find it difficult to get a seat. Our free 'Please offer me a seat' badge and card makes it easier to let other passengers know that you need a seat.

The badge and card can be used on all our services: London Underground, London Overground, Elizabeth line, Buses, DLR, Trams and River Services.

You don't need to explain your reasons for the badge and card with either our staff or fellow customers. Please remember the badge and card doesn't guarantee you a seat.

We also provide help, maps and guides to help you travel around London.

Badge and card application

'Please offer me a seat' badges and cards can be sent to any address in the Greater London area, and to South East England. You can order them by filling out the form below or calling TfL Customer Services on 0343 222 1234 (TfL call charges).

If you are a charity or organisation and would like to make a bulk order, contact TfLAccessibility@tfl.gov.uk.
