Changes to Dial-a-Ride

Face coverings are compulsory on Dial-a-Ride.

The service operates 08:00-20:00, 7 days a week. Members can request an advance booking 09:00-16:00 any day of the week, up to 7 days ahead of travel and for any trip purpose. Advance bookings are limited to a maximum of one return journey per member per week. (Next day and same day bookings are unchanged.)

Dial-a-Ride is operating with the following measures in place, for the protection of our customers and staff:

  • Dial-a-Ride vehicles are being cleaned regularly with anti-viral fluid
  • Frontline staff have been provided with PPE (face masks and gloves) to use
