ULEZ boundary description

Enfield

 

The Ridgeway 

The Ridgeway is outside the ULEZ until the junction with East Lodge Lane. Eastbound beyond the junction, the Ridgeway is inside the zone. 

East Lodge Lane 

East Lodge Lane is outside the ULEZ. At the junction with Cattlegate Road, eastbound is inside the zone while westbound is outside the zone. 

Whitewebbs Park 

Burntfarm Ride is outside the ULEZ until it passes under the M25. Beyond that going south, it is inside the zone. Whitewebbs Road and Whitewebbs Lane are inside the zone until the junction with Bulls Cross Ride. 

A10 

The A10 is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Bullsmoor Lane. Southbound beyond that, it is inside the zone. 

Bullsmoor 

Bullsmoor Lane and all roads to the north are outside the ULEZ. All roads to the south are inside the zone. At the junction with Hertford Road, northbound is outside the zone while southbound is inside the zone. Mollison Avenue and all roads to the River Lea are inside the zone. 

River Lea 

All roads immediately west of the River Lea, south of the M25, are inside the ULEZ. Gunpowder Park and the roads surrounding it, including the A121, are outside the zone. 

Waltham Forest

  

Gilwell Hill 

The A112 is outside the ULEZ until the junction with the A110. Southbound beyond that, it is inside the zone. At the same junction, the A110 westbound is inside the zone, while eastbound it is outside the zone. 

A110 

All roads going south off the A110 are inside the ULEZ, while roads going north are outside the zone. After the junction with Station Road, the A110 becomes inside the zone. Station Road is outside the zone, while roads off it going south are inside the zone. 

Rangers Road 

Rangers Road is outside the ULEZ, while all roads off it going south are inside the zone. To the north, Bury Road is outside the zone. 

Buckhurst Hill 

Epping New Road is outside the ULEZ. Brook Road passes through the ULEZ boundary but is not part of the zone. At the junction with Whitehall Road, Whitehall Road to the north is inside the zone, while Whitehall Road to the south is outside the zone. All roads off Whitehall Road on both sides are inside the zone. 

Woodford Green

Going south, Woodford Green is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Whitehall Road. After that, the road is inside the zone. The Dell, The Glade and Woodland Way are all inside the zone. 

Redbridge

  

Knighton Lake 

High Road, Knighton Lane and Monkhams Lane past Knighton Lake are all outside the ULEZ. Monkhams Lane remains outside the zone until the junction with Orchard Lane. Beyond that, Monkhams Lane is inside the zone. Orchard Lane is outside the zone. 

Woodford Green 

Beresford Drive, Forest Edge and Buckhurst Way are outside the ULEZ. All roads to the south of these, including Princes Avenue, Worcester Crescent, King's Avenue, Hillside Avenue Hawthorn Road and Bush Road, are inside the zone. 

M11 

Although it goes through the boundary, the M11 is not part of the ULEZ. The M11 junction with the North Circular Road is also outside the zone.  

The North Circular Road 

The North Circular Road from the M11 junction to the exit for the A12 is outside the zone. Beyond that, it is inside the zone. The A12 in both directions is inside the zone. From the M11 junction to the exit for Woodford New Road, the North Circular Road is outside the zone. Beyond that, it is inside the zone. Woodford New Road in both directions is inside the zone. 

Woodford Bridge 

Chigwell Road is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Manor Road. Beyond that going west, Chigwell Road is inside the zone. Manor Road is outside the zone, as are all roads off it to the north. All roads off Manor Road to the south are inside the zone, until Tomswood Road. 

Tomswood Road 

Tomswood Road and the roads off it are outside the ULEZ. Even though it passes through the boundary, Tomswood Hill is outside the zone. All roads off Tomswood Hill are inside the zone.  

Fullwell Cross 

Fencepiece Road and the roundabout by Fullwell Cross Library are outside the ULEZ. All exits off the roundabout, apart from Fencepiece Road, are inside the zone. All roads off Fencepiece Road on both sides are inside the zone. After Tudor Crescent, going north, Fencepiece Road and the roads off it become outside the zone. 

Limes Avenue 

Limes Avenue and Copperfield, and roads to the north of these, are outside the ULEZ.  Amanda Close and Thurlow Gardens, and roads to the south of these, are inside the zone. 

Manor Road 

Manor Road, and the roads off it on both sides, is outside the ULEZ until Grange Hill tube station. After this, Manor Road remains outside the zone but all roads off it to the south are inside the zone. 

Lambourne Road 

Lambourne Road, and the roads off it on both sides, is outside the ULEZ, including School Lane. All roads to the south of Wells Park School and Chigwell Row Wood are inside the zone. 

Romford Road 

Although it goes through the boundary, Romford Road is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Forest Road. Beyond that, Romford Road is inside the zone. All roads off Romford Road on both sides are inside the zone, apart from Fowler Road and Forest Road. Forest Road is outside the zone until the junction with Roebuck Road. Beyond that it is inside the zone. Roebuck Road is outside the zone. 

Hainault Forest 

The roads to the north of Hainault Forest, including Lambourne Road, Manor Road and the roads off these, are outside the ULEZ. All roads to the south of Hainault Forest, including Fox Burrow Road and Five Oaks Lane, are inside the zone. 

Havering

  

B175 

The B175 is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Orange Tree Hill, when it becomes inside the zone. Wellingtonia Avenue and Bower Farm Road are inside the zone. 

Bedfords Park 

The whole of Bedfords Park, and the roads within it, is inside the ULEZ. Broxhill Road around the edge of the park, is outside the zone. 

Noak Hill Road 

From the junction with Broxhill Road, Noak Hill Road is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Noak Hill Road to the north are outside the zone, while all roads south are inside the zone. Chequers Road is outside the zone. 

A12 

The A12 is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Petersfield Avenue. Beyond that going west, the A12 is inside the zone. All roads off the A12 on both sides are inside the zone. 

Nags Head Lane 

Nags Head Lane is outside the ULEZ. After the junction with Nags Head Lane, Warley Road going east is outside the zone, while going west is inside the zone. All roads off Warley Road to the south are inside the zone. 

A127 

The A127 is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Hall Lane. Beyond that going west, the A127 is inside the zone. All roads off the A127 on both sides are inside the zone. 

Warley Street 

Warley Street is outside the ULEZ until the junction with St Marys Lane and Clay Tye Road. St Marys Lane, west of Clay Tye Road, is inside the zone, while Clay Tye Road is outside the zone. 

B186 

The B186 is outside the ULEZ, while all roads off it to the west are inside the zone. Roads off it to the east are outside the zone. Helipad Road and all roads south of it are outside the zone. 

Dennises Lane 

Dennis Road, turning into Dennises Lane, is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Dennises Lane to the north are inside the zone, while all roads to the south are outside the zone. 

Bramble Lane 

Bramble Lane is outside the ULEZ. At the junction with Aveley Road and Warwick Lane, Aveley Road going south is outside the zone, while Aveley Road going north is inside the zone.  

Warwick Lane 

Warwick Lane is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Warwick Lane to the north are inside the zone, while all roads to the south are outside the zone. 

Launder's Lane 

At the crossroads with Warwick Lane, Launder's Lane to the south is outside the ULEZ. Upminster Road North and Berwick Pond Road are both inside the zone. All roads off Launder's Lane to the west are inside the zone, while all roads to the east are outside the zone. 

A1306 

At the junction with Launder's Lane, the A1306 going north is inside the ULEZ, while going south it's outside the zone. East Hall Lane and Wennington Road are both inside the zone. 

A13 

The A13 is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Ferry Lane. Beyond that going west it is inside the zone. The two roundabouts with Ferry Lane are outside the zone, while Ferry Lane itself is inside the zone. 

Bexley

  

A206 

The A206 is outside the ULEZ until the roundabout next to the River Cray. Beyond that going west, the A206 is inside the zone. The roundabout itself is outside the zone, but all exits apart from the A206 eastbound are inside the zone. 

A207 

The A207 is outside the ULEZ until the roundabout with Station Road. Beyond that going west, it is inside the zone. Until then, all roads off the A207 to the south are outside the zone, while all roads to the north are inside the zone. Maiden Lane is outside the zone until it passes under the railway. Beyond that going north, it is inside the zone. 

Station Road 

Station Road is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Station Road to the west are inside the zone, while all roads off to the east are outside the zone. 

Rochester Way 

Hillcrest Road, Denton Road and Swan Lane are all outside the ULEZ. Rochester Way is outside the zone until it turns into East Rochester Way. At this point, it becomes inside the zone. 

A2 

The A2 is outside the ULEZ until the junction with the A223. Beyond that going west, it is inside the zone. The roundabouts on each side of the junction, and the bridge that connects them, are outside the zone, but all other exits are inside the zone. 

Dartford Road 

Although it passes through the boundary, Dartford Road is outside the ULEZ until the mini roundabout with North Cray Road. All roads off Dartford Road on both sides are inside the zone. At the junction, North Cray Road going north is inside the zone, while going south it is outside the zone until the next roundabout. Beyond that, it is inside the zone. 

Baldwyn's Park 

Between the junction with Dartford Road and the junction with Tile Kiln Lane, Baldwyn's Park is outside the ULEZ. Tile Kiln Lane going west is inside the zone, while going east it is outside the zone. 

Maidstone Road 

Although it passes through the boundary, Maidstone Road, and Old Maidstone Road, is outside the ULEZ. Woodland Way is outside the zone, but beyond that going west, all roads off Maidstone Road on both sides are inside the zone. Maidstone Road is outside the zone until the roundabout with the A223. Beyond that, it is inside the zone. The roundabout itself is outside the zone, but all exits apart from Maidstone Road eastbound, are inside the zone. 

Bromley

 

A20 

Although it passes through the boundary, the A20 is outside the ULEZ until the junction with the A223 and A224. Beyond that, the A20 is inside the zone. The roundabout at this junction is outside the zone, but all exits apart from the A20 eastbound are inside the zone. 

Cray Valley Park 

The roads bordering the east side of Cray Valley Park are outside the ULEZ. This includes Cookham Road, Hockenden Lane and Sheepcote Lane. All roads off these to the west are inside the zone, while roads to the east are outside the zone. 

Crockenhill Road 

Crockenhill Road is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Waldens Road. After that, it is inside the zone. Waldens Road is outside the zone. 

East Hall Road 

At the junction with Waldens Road, Cockmannings Road to the west is inside the ULEZ, while East Hall Road to the east is outside the zone. 

Gorse Road 

Gorse Road is outside the ULEZ, while Skibbs Lane is inside the zone. At the junction with Gorse Road, Skeet Hill Lane to the west is inside the zone, while to the east it is outside the zone. 

Hawstead Lane 

Hawstead Lane is outside the ULEZ, while all roads off it are inside the zone. At the junction with Bucks Cross Road and Maypole Road, Bucks Cross Road is inside the zone, while Maypole Road is outside the zone. Jubilee Road is outside the zone. 

Hewitts Road 

Hewitts Road is outside the ULEZ, as is the roundabout with the A21. All exits off the roundabout are outside the zone, apart from Court Road which is inside the zone. 

A21 

The A21, and all roads off it to the south, is outside the ULEZ until Pratts Bottom Roundabout. Beyond that going west, the A21 and all roads off it are inside the zone. Rushmore Hill is outside the zone. 

Pratts Bottom 

Norsted Lane and Port Hill are outside the ULEZ, while Charmwood Lane is inside the zone. Fairtrough Road, Washneys Road and New Years Lane are all outside the zone. 

Cacket's Lane 

Cacket's Lane is outside the ULEZ. At the junction with Cudham Lane South, going north Cudham Lane South is inside the zone, while going south it is outside the zone. 

Cudham Lane South 

Going south from the junction with Cacket's Lane, Cudham Lane South is outside the ULEZ while all roads off it to the west are inside the zone. Main Road is outside the zone, as is The Nower and Grays Road. 

Grays Road 

Grays Road is outside the ULEZ. All roads off it to the north are inside the zone, while all roads off it to the south are outside the zone. 

Hawley's Corner 

At the junction at Hawley's Corner, Buckhurst Road is inside the ULEZ while Tatsfield Lane and Chestnut Avenue are outside the zone. From the junction going north, Main Road is inside the zone, while going south it is outside the zone. 

Sunningvale Avenue 

Although it passes through the boundary, Sunningvale Avenue is outside the ULEZ until the roundabout with Norheads Lane, while all roads off Sunningvale Avenue on both sides are inside the zone. The roundabout itself is outside the zone, while all exits apart from Sunningvale Avenue southbound are inside the zone. 

Lusted Hall Lane 

Lusted Hall Lane is outside the ULEZ. All roads off it to the north are inside the zone, while all roads off it to the south are outside the zone. 

Skid Hill Lane 

Skid Hill Lane is outside the ULEZ, as is Blackmans Lane. At the crossroads, Layhams Road to the north and Sheepbarn Lane to the east are inside the zone, while King Henry's Drive to the west is outside the zone. 

Croydon

 

King Henry's Drive 

King Henry's Drive is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Homestead Way. Beyond that going north, King Henry's Drive is inside the zone. The two side roads, opposite Fairchildes Avenue and Homestead Way, are also called King Henry's Drive but are inside the zone. Fairchildes Avenue and Homestead Way are both outside the zone. 

Homestead Way 

Between the junction with King Henry's Drive and the junction with Comport Green, Homestead Way is outside the ULEZ. All roads off it to the north are inside the zone. Beyond Comport Green going west, Homestead Way is inside the zone.  

Fairchildes Avenue 

Between the junction with King Henry's Drive and the junction with Comport Green, Fairchildes Avenue is outside the ULEZ. Beyond Comport Green going west, Fairchildes Avenue is inside the zone.  

Comport Green 

The road on the east side of Comport Green is outside the ULEZ, while the road on the west side is inside the zone 

Featherbed Lane 

Although it goes through the boundary, Featherbed Lane is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Selsdon Park Road. All roads off Featherbed Lane on both sides are inside the zone. 

Selsdon Park Road 

At the junction with Featherbed Lane, Selsdon Park Road going west is inside the ULEZ, while going north it is outside the zone. The roundabout with Gravel Hill is outside the zone, but the exits for Gravel Hill and Kent Gate Way are inside the zone. 

Old Farleigh Road 

Old Farleigh Road is outside the ULEZ. All roads off it to the east are inside the zone, while all roads off it to the west are outside the zone. At the junction with Addington Road, Farley Road to the north is inside the zone. Addington Road to the east is inside the zone, while to the west it is outside the zone. 

Addington Road 

Going west from the junction with Old Farleigh Road, Addington Road is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Addington Road to the north are inside the zone, while all roads off it to the south are outside the zone. 

Limpsfield Road 

At the roundabout with Addington Road, Limpsfield Road is outside the ULEZ. The roundabout itself is outside the zone, but all exits apart from Addington Road and Limpsfield Road are inside the zone. 

Limpsfield Road 

From the roundabout, Limpsfield Road is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Limpsfield Road to the east are outside the zone, while all roads off it to the west are inside the zone. This is until the junction with Wentworth Way. After that going south, all roads off Limpsfield Road on both sides are outside the zone. 

Wentworth Way 

At the junction with Limpsfield Road, Wentworth Way is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Wentworth Way are also outside the zone. 

A22 

Although it passes inside the boundary, the A22 is outside the ULEZ until Purley Cross junction. Going north, after the exit for Old Barn Lane all roads off the A22 on both sides are inside the zone. Purely Cross junction itself is outside the zone, but all exits apart from the A22 southbound are inside the zone. 

Old Barn Lane 

Old Barn Lane is outside the ULEZ, while Bourne Park Close and Bushey Close are inside the zone. Mosslea Road is outside the zone. New Barn Lane is outside the zone until the junction with Beverley Road and Valley Road. Beyond that going west, New Barn Lane is inside the zone. Valley Road is inside the zone, while Beverley Road is outside the zone. 

Beverley Road 

Beverley Road is outside the ULEZ. All roads off it to the west are inside the zone, while all roads off to the east are outside the zone. 

Hayes Lane 

From the junction with Fenemore Road, Hayes Lane going west is inside the ULEZ. Fenemore Road and Egan Close are outside the zone. 

Stites Hill Road 

Stites Hill Road is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Stites Hill Road to the north are inside the zone, while Homefield Road (south of Stites Hill Road) and Coulsdon Road are outside the zone. 

Coulsdon Road 

Coulsdon Road is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Marlpit Lane. Beyond that going north, Coulsdon Road is inside the zone. From Stites Hill Road to Marlpit Lane, all roads off Coulsdon Road to the east are inside the zone, while roads off to the west are outside the zone. 

Marlpit Lane 

Marlpit Lane is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Marlpit Lane to the north are inside the zone, while all roads off to the south are outside the zone. 

A23 

The A23 is outside the ULEZ until the roundabout with the A237. Beyond that going north, the A23 is inside the zone. 

Brighton Road 

From the roundabout with the A23, Brighton Road is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Lion Green Road. Beyond that going north, Brighton Road is inside the zone. Lion Green Road is outside the zone. 

Chipstead Valley Road 

At the junction with Lion Green Road, Chipstead Valley Road going west outside the zone while going east it is inside the zone. At the same junction, Woodman Road and Woodcote Grove Road are inside the zone. All roads off Chipstead Valley Road to the north are inside the zone, while all roads to the south are outside the zone. 

Carshalton Road 

Carshalton Road is outside the ULEZ, as are all roads off it on both sides with the exception of The pastures - both of which are inside the zone. 

Sutton

 

Croydon Lane 

At the junction with Carshalton Road, Croydon Lane going west is outside the ULEZ. Going east, Croydon Lane is inside the zone - as are Woodmansterne Lane and Woodmansterne Road. Fairlawn Road is inside the zone. 

Fairlawn Road 

Fairlawn Road is inside the ULEZ, while Freedown Lane is outside the zone. All roads off Fairlawn Road and Downs Road to the north are inside the zone. Downs Road is inside the zone until the junction with Sutton Lane. Beyond that going west, Downs Road is outside the zone. Sutton Lane is also outside the zone. 

Brighton Road 

From the junction with Downs Road, Brighton Road going north is inside the ULEZ. Going south Brighton Road is outside the zone. Station Road to the west of Brighton Road is inside the zone. To the east of Brighton Road, it is outside the zone. 

A217 

The A217 is outside the ULEZ until the junction with the A232. Beyond that going north, the A217 is inside the zone. Before the junction, all roads off the A217 to the east are inside the zone while all roads to the west are outside the zone. 

A232 

At the junction with the A217, the A232 to the east is inside the ULEZ. To the west the A232 is outside the zone, as are all roads off it to the south. All roads off the A232 to the north are inside the zone 

Cheam Recreation Ground 

Cheam Recreation Ground is inside the ULEZ, as are all roads surrounding it. This includes Wickham Avenue, Cheam Park Way and Tudor Close. 

A24 

The A24 is outside the ULEZ until the junction with the A2043. Beyond that going north, the A24 is inside the zone. Between the junction with Wickham Avenue and the junction with the A2043, all roads off the A24 to the east are inside the zone, while all roads off to the west are outside the zone. 

A2043 

The A2043 is outside the ULEZ. All roads off it to the north are inside the zone, while all roads off it to the south are outside the zone. Beyond the junction with South Lane, the A2043 remains outside the zone, while all roads off it to the east are inside the zone. All roads off it to the west, including South Lane, are outside the zone. 

Kingston upon Thames

 

Malden Junction 

Malden Junction itself is outside the ULEZ. The exit to the A3 eastbound is inside the zone, while the exit for the A3 westbound is outside the zone. The exit for the A2043 southbound is outside the zone, while the exit for the A2043 northbound is inside the zone. 

A3 

Going west from Malden Junction to the junction with the A240, the A3 is outside the ULEZ. All roads off it to the south are outside the zone, while all roads off to the north are inside the zone. Going west after the junction with the A240, the A3 continues to be outside the zone, but all roads off it on both sides are inside the zone.  

A240 

At the junction with the A3, the A240 going south is outside the ULEZ, while going north it is inside the zone. Toby Way and Jubilee Way are inside the zone, while Donald Woods Gardens and Old Kingston Road are outside the zone. 

Moor Lane 

Chessington Road, turning into Moor Lane, is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Chessington Road on both sides are outside the zone, apart from Headley Close and Ashby Avenue, which are inside the zone. Moor Lane, and all roads off it on both sides, is outside the zone until the junction with Bridge Road. Beyond that going west, it is inside the zone. 

Bridge Road 

Bridge Road is outside the ULEZ, while all roads off it on both sides are inside the zone. At the roundabout with Hook Road, the roundabout itself is outside the zone, while exits apart from Bridge Road are inside the zone. 

Rushett Lane 

Rushett Lane is outside the ULEZ. At the junction with the A243, the A243 going north is inside the zone, while going south it is outside the zone. Fairoak Lane is outside the zone. 

Hook Road 

At Hook Junction with the A3, Hook Road to the south is inside the ULEZ, while going north it is outside the zone. Going north after Hook Junction, the roads off Hook Road to the east are inside the zone, while roads to the west are outside the zone. 

Upper Brighton Road 

From the junction with Hook Road, Upper Brighton Road is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Upper Brighton Road to the east are inside the zone, while all roads west are outside the zone. 

Brighton Road 

When Upper Brighton Road turns into Brighton Road, after the train bridge, it remains outside the ULEZ. All roads off Brighton Road to the north are inside the zone, while all roads to the south are outside the zone. 

Portsmouth Road 

At the junction with Brighton Road, Portsmouth Road going north is inside the ULEZ. Going south it is outside the zone. 

Richmond upon Thames

 

Hampton Court 

Hampton Court Bridge is outside the ULEZ. At the roundabout on the north side of the river, the exit for Hampton Court Road going north is inside the zone. The exit for Hampton Court Road going west along the river is outside the zone. 

Hampton Court Road 

Going west along the river, Hampton Court Road is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Hampton Court Road to the north are inside the zone, while all roads to the south are outside the zone. 

Upper Sunbury Road 

When Hampton Court Road turns into Upper Sunbury Road, it remains outside the ULEZ. All roads off Upper Sunbury Road to the north are inside the zone, while all roads to the south are outside the zone. 

Hounslow

 

A316 

Going east, the A316 is outside the ULEZ until the exit for the roundabout with Snakey Lane. Beyond that going east, the A316 is inside the zone. 

Snakey Lane 

The roundabout under the A316 is outside the ULEZ, but all exits apart from Snakey Lane are inside the zone. Snakey Lane is outside the zone. All roads off Snakey Lane to the north are inside the zone, while all roads to the south are outside the zone. 

Groveley Road 

At the roundabout with Snakey Lane, Groveley Road is outside the ULEZ. The exits for Hamilton Road and Sunbury Road are inside the zone. 

Chertsey Road 

Chertsey Road is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Ashford Road. Beyond that it is inside the zone. Between the junction with Graveley Road and Ashford Road, all roads off Chertsey Road to the east are inside the zone. This includes the residential road that runs parallel to Chertsey Road after Meadhurst Sports Ground, which is also called Chertsey Road. All roads off the main Chertsey Road to the west are outside the zone. 

Ashford Road 

At the junction with Chertsey Road, Ashford Road to the east is inside the ULEZ, while to the west it is outside the zone. Going west after the junction, all roads off Ashford Road to the north are inside the zone, while all roads to the south are outside the zone. 

Clockhouse Lane 

Clockhouse Lane is outside the ULEZ, along with all roads off it on both sides. Bedfont Lakes Country Park is inside the zone. 

A30 

The A30 is outside the ULEZ until Clockhouse Roundabout. Beyond that, the A30 is inside the zone. Clockhouse Roundabout itself is outside the zone, but all exits apart from the A30 westbound and Clockhouse Road are inside the zone.  

Hillingdon

 

Heathrow Airport 

Heathrow Airport is inside the ULEZ, as are the roads bordering it and the entrances into it. 

Bedfont Road 

Bedfont Road is outside the ULEZ until the roundabout with Stanwell Road. The roundabout itself is outside the zone, but all exits apart from Bedfont Road are inside the zone. 

Riverside Road 

From the junction with Bedfont Road, Riverside Road is outside the ULEZ. Oaks Road and the roads off it are also outside the zone. 

Stanwell Moor Road 

Stanwell Moor Road is outside the ULEZ. At the roundabout with Southern Perimeter Road, the exit for Southern Perimeter Road is inside the zone, while the exit for the A3113 is outside the zone. At the roundabout with Bath Road, the exit for Bath Road going east is inside the zone, while the exit for Bath Road going west is outside the zone. 

M25 

The M25 is outside the ULEZ. At Terminal 5 Roundabout, all exits apart from the M25 are inside the zone. 

Colnbrook By-Pass 

At the junction with Stanwell Moor Road, Colnbrook By-Pass going east is inside the ULEZ. Going west, Colnbrook By-Pass is outside the zone. 

M4 

The M4 is outside the ULEZ until junction 3. Beyond that going east, the M4 is inside the zone. The roundabout at junction 3 is outside the zone, but all exits apart from the M4 westbound are inside the zone. 

Thorney Mill Road 

Thorney Mill Road is outside the ULEZ until it goes through Mabey Meadows. Beyond that going east, Thorney Mill Road is inside the zone. 

Iver Lane 

Iver Lane is outside the ULEZ until the junction with the High Street. At that junction, the High Street going south is inside the zone, while going north it is outside the zone. Going north, all roads off the High Street are inside the zone. At the roundabout with Cowley Road, all exits apart from the High Street are inside the zone. 

A4007 

The A4007 is outside the ULEZ. At the junction with Cowley Road, the junction itself is outside the zone but all exits apart from the A4007 and Oxford Road are inside the zone. 

Oxford Road 

Oxford Road is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Oxford Road to the east are inside the zone, while all roads to the west are outside the zone. After the bridge over the River Colne going west, all roads on both sides of Oxford Road are outside the zone. 

A40 

The A40 is outside the ULEZ until the exit for the B467. Beyond that going east, the A40 is inside the zone. Swakeleys Roundabout is outside the zone. The exits for the A40 eastbound and the B467 going south are inside the zone, while the exits for the A40 westbound and the B467 going north are outside the zone. 

Swakeleys Road 

From Swakeleys Roundabout, Swakeleys Road is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Harvil Road. Beyond that going east, Swakeleys Road is inside the zone. 

Harvil Road 

Harvil Road is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Moorhall Road. Beyond that going north, Harvil Road is inside the zone. All roads off Harvil Road to the east are inside the zone, while all roads to the west are outside the zone. Moorhall Road is outside the zone. 

Copper Mill Lane 

Copper Mill Lane is outside the ULEZ until the bridge over the River Colne. After that going east, when it becomes Park Lane, it is inside the zone. 

Springwell Lane 

Although it passes through the boundary, Springwell Lane is outside the ULEZ until the bridge by Springwell Lock. Beyond that going south, Springwell Lane is inside the zone. 

Rickmansworth Road 

Rickmansworth Road is outside the ULEZ. All roads off it to the west are inside the zone, while all roads to the east are outside the zone. At the roundabout with Park Lane, all exits are inside the zone apart from Rickmansworth Road and Breakspear Road North. 

Northwood Road 

Between the roundabout with Rickmansworth Road and the junction with Northwood Road, Breakspear Road North is outside the ULEZ. Beyond the junction going east, it is inside the zone. Northwood Road is outside the zone, while all roads off it to the south are inside the zone. All roads off it to the north are outside the zone. 

White Hill 

When Northwood Road becomes White Hill, it remains outside the ULEZ. Jackets Lane is inside the zone, while Mount Vernon Hospital is outside the zone. 

Rickmansworth Road 

Rickmansworth Road is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Green Lane. Beyond that going south, it is inside the zone. Between Mount Vernon Hospital and the junction with Green Lane, all roads off Rickmansworth Road to the north are outside the zone. All roads to the south are inside the zone. 

Green Lane 

Green Lane is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Watford Road. Beyond that going east, it is inside the zone. All roads off Green Lane to the south are inside the zone, while all roads to the north are outside the zone. 

Watford Road 

At the junction with Green Lane, Watford Road is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Watford Road to the east are inside the zone, while all roads to the west are outside the zone. 

Harrow

  

Oxhey Lane 

Oxhey Lane is outside the ULEZ until the junction with Old Redding. Beyond that going south, it is inside the zone. Royston Park Road and White Craig Close are inside the zone, while Old Redding is outside the zone. 

Old Redding 

Old Redding is outside the ULEZ, while Cops Farm and Brookshill Drive are inside the zone. At the junction with Common Road, Brookshill and Clamp Hill are inside the zone, while Common Road is outside the zone. 

Common Road 

Common Road is outside the ULEZ, while all roads off it to the east are inside the zone. All roads off it to the west are outside the zone. At the junction with The Common, all roads in all directions are outside the zone. The Common is outside the zone until the junction with Heathbourne Road. Beyond that going east, The Common is inside the zone. Heathbourne Road is outside the zone. 

Brockley Hill 

From the roundabout with the A41, Brockley Hill is outside the ULEZ until Canons Corner Roundabout. While the roundabout itself is outside the zone, all exits apart from Brockley Hill are inside the zone. 

Barnet

 

A41 

The A41 is outside the ULEZ until the roundabout with Spur Road. Beyond that going east, the A41 is inside the zone. The roundabout itself is outside the zone, while all exits apart from the A41 westbound are inside the zone. 

M1 

The M1 is outside the ULEZ until the exit for London Gateway Services. Beyond that going south, the M1 is inside the zone. 

A1 

The A1 is outside the ULEZ until Sterling Corner Roundabout. Beyond that going south, the A1 is inside the zone. The roundabout itself is outside the zone, as are all exits apart from the A1 southbound. 

Barnet Road 

Although it passes through the boundary, Barnet Road is outside the ULEZ. All roads off Barnet Road on both sides are inside the zone. At the junction with Galley Lane, Barnet Road becomes Wood Street and beyond the junction going east, it is inside the zone. Galley Lane is outside the zone. 

St Albans Road 

St Albans Road is outside the ULEZ, while Wrotham Road, Alston Road, Stapylton Road and Chipping Close to the west are inside the zone. All roads off St Albans Road to the east are outside the zone. 

High Street 

At the junction with St Albans Road, the High Street going south is inside the ULEZ, while going north it is outside the zone. Going north, all roads off the High Street to the east are inside the zone, while all roads to the west are outside the zone. When the High Street becomes the A1000, it remains outside the zone. 

Waggon Road 

Waggon Road is outside the ULEZ, while Duchy Road and Sandridge Close to the south are inside the zone. Slopers Pond Farm to the north is outside the zone. 

Stagg Hill 

At the junction with Waggon Road, Stagg Hill to the north is outside the ULEZ, while Cockfosters Road to the south is inside the zone. Plumridge Farm, off Stagg Hill to the east, is inside the zone. 

The Ridgeway 

The Ridgeway is outside the ULEZ until the junction with East Lodge Lane. Eastbound beyond the junction, the Ridgeway is inside the zone.
