Lea Valley Walk

The Lea Valley Walk follows the route along the Lee Navigation towpath, from Waltham Abbey to the Thames at Limehouse Basin.

Signage
Sections 1-4 are well marked by signs featuring a swan symbol. Sections beyond that are not marked but work on those signs are in progress.
Three Mills to Limehouse Basin, are part of Legible London, but there is very little signage on the Meridian Alternative from Three Mills to East India Dock.

This 15.6 mile (24.8km) walk is divided into six sections:
Section 1: Waltham Abbey to Ponders End
Section 2: Ponders End to Tottenham Hale
Section 3: Tottenham Hale to Lea Bridge
Section 4: Lea Bridge to Three Mills
Section 5: Three Mills to Limehouse Basin
Section 6: Three Mills to East India Dock
