Bus changes

Changes to routes 549, W12, W13 & W14 from Saturday 7 September 2024

From Saturday 7 September major changes will take place on bus routes 549, W12, W13 and W14. Details are below but more detail on these changes can be found at http://www.tfl.gov.uk/modes/buses/changes-to-bus-routes-549-w12-w13-w14 

Route 549 will be withdrawn and replaced by revised route W14.

Route W12 will be restructured to run between Walthamstow, Coppermill Lane and Woodford Bridge. There will be no change to the route between Coppermill Lane and Walthamstow Central after which the W12 will be rerouted via Church Hill, Prospect Hill, Shernhall Street, Lea Bridge Road and Whipps Cross Bus Interchange to the grounds of Whipps Cross Hospital. From Whipps Cross Hospital the W12 will follow the current W19 route James Lane, Fairlop Road and Leytonstone Station to Leytonstone, Green Man Roundabout. From Leytonstone, Green Man Roundabout route W12 will then follow the current W14 route via Wanstead Station & High Street, Snaresbrook Station, Woodford Road, South Woodford Station, Charlie Brown's Roundabout, St Barnabas Road, Broadmead Road and Chigwell Road to Woodford Bridge.

Route W12 will also be increased in frequency, from every 30 to every 15 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and from every 30 to every 20 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays.

Route W13 will be extended from Leytonstone Bus Station via the current W14 route to Leyton Mills Retail Park via Leytonstone High Road Station, Cathall Road, Grove Green Road and Leyton Library.

Route W13 will also be increased in frequency, from every 20 to every 15 minutes during the daytime on Saturdays and from every 30 to every 20 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. There is no change to the frequency during the daytime on Monday to Fridays.

Route W14 will be restructured to run from Loughton Station via the current 549 route to South Woodford Station via Buckhurst Hill Station, Roding Valley Station, Woodford Station, Broadmead Road, Charlie Brown's Roundabout and South Woodford Station. From South Woodford Station route W14 will follow the current W12 route to Wanstead High Street via Hermon Hill, Charnwood Drive, Colvin Gardens, Elmcroft Avenue, Nightingale Lane, Stanstead Road and Grosvenor Road. From Wanstead High Street buses will run via Snaresbrook Station, Snaresbrook Road and Lea Bridge Road to start and finish at Whipps Cross Bus Interchange. 

Route W14 will run every 60 minutes between 0600 and 2400 on all days of the week.

Change to route 309 - 31 August 2024

From Saturday 31 August route 309 will be changed in the Poplar area.

Route 309 will now run direct along Abbott Road in both directions and will no longer serve Blair Street, Aberfeldy Street or Ettrick Street in the Aberfeldy Estate.

Route 309 will continue to run every 12 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 15 minutes during the evening and all day on Sundays. 

There will be a minor change to the times of buses on route 309 however no change to the time of first or last buses on any day of the week.

* Please not due to an emergency road closure due to a burst water main, route 309 towards Canning Town will be diverted from Zetland Street via Blackwall Tunner Northern Approach and East India Dock Road and will be unable to serve the southbound bus stops on Abbott Road. No impact on buses towards Bethnal Green.

New route 310 - 1 September 2024

From Sunday 1 September 2024, we're introducing a brand new bus route 310.

The new route runs between Golders Green Bus Station and Stamford Hill via Highgate Village, Whittington Hospital, Archway and Finsbury Park. Buses will run from Golders Green and follow the current route 210 service as far as Finsbury Park Station where it will then follow the route 253 to Stamford Hill Broadway.

Buses run every 20 minutes between 0700 and 1900 every day of the week operated by Stagecoach London using single deck buses.

New school route route 618 - 2 September 2024

From Monday 2 September we introduce brand new school route 618 running between Ivybridge Estate and Bolder Academy.

From Ivybridge Estate buses will run via Summerwood Road, Mogden Lane, Twickenham Road, Worton Road, Bridge Road, London Road and Syon Lane to start and finish in the grounds of Bolder Academy with the same route followed from the school in the PM. 

In the AM peak the bus will depart Ivybridge Estate at 0755 arriving at Bolder Academy at 0825. In the PM peak this will depart Bolder Academy at 1610 arriving back at Ivybridge Estate at 1644, except on Fridays when the bus will leave earlier at 1340 arriving at Ivybridge Estate at 1414.

Route 618 will be operated by Transport UK using a hybrid double deck bus.

Changes to buses from Saturday 24 August 2024

The following changes will take place from Saturday 24 August.

Route 5 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. The frequency from first bus will be increased to every 8 minutes instead of every 10 minutes. No change to frequency at any other time.

Route 15 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

Route 50 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. Buses will continue to run every 12 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturday but with the evening and all day Sunday service increasing to every 15 minutes. The early morning frequency will also increase to every 15 minutes on Monday to Fridays from first bus until 0630, on Saturdays from first bus until 0830 and from first to last bus on Sundays. The times of first buses will also change on Sundays with first buses retimed to depart at the same time as on Monday to Saturdays, 0455 from Croydon Town Centre Stockwell and 0500 from Stockwell towards Croydon Town Centre.

Route 115 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. The frequency from first bus will be increased to every 8 minutes instead of every 10 minutes. No change to frequency at any other time.

Route 130 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

Route 177 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.

Route 194 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

Route 250 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

Route 255 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. Buses will continue to run every 12 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturday but with the evening and all day Sunday service increasing to every 15 minutes. The early morning frequency will also increase to every 15 minutes on Monday to Fridays from first bus until 0700, on Saturdays from first bus until 0830 and from first to last bus on Sundays. The times of first buses will also change on Sundays with first buses retimed to depart at the same time as on Monday to Saturdays, 0505 from Pollards Hill and 0546 from Streatham Hill Station.

Route 320 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 323 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 17 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 22 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays.

Route 410 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

Route 433 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.

Route N15 will have a new timetable on all nights of the week with minor changes to times.

Route N250 will have a new timetable on all nights of the week with minor changes to times.

The temporary timetable will be removed from route R68 with the service returning to run every 15 minutes during the daytime on and every 20 minutes during the evening on all days of the week.

The temporary timetable will be removed from route R70 with the service returning to run every 10 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays, every 15 minutes during the daytime on Sundays and every 20 minutes during the evening on all days of the week.

Changes to buses from Saturday 31 August 2024

The following changes will take place from Saturday 31 August.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 13 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 10 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 11 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. The night service continues to run every 30 minutes on all nights of the week.

Route 18 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 23 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 12-13 minutes during the daytime and evenings on all days of the week. The night service continues to run every 30 minutes on all nights of the week. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 25 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 8-9 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 10-11 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 27 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 12 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change at any other time. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 43 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 9 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays, 11 minutes during the daytime on Sundays and every 13 minutes during the evening on all days of the week. The night service continues to run every 30 minutes on all nights of the week. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 49 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 11 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 13 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. 

Route 66 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. The frequency will be increased to every 10 minutes instead of every 12 minutes during the daytime on Saturdays and to every 15 minutes instead of every 20 minutes during the daytime on Sundays. The early morning frequency will be increased before 0730 on Saturday mornings from every 30 minutes to every 20 minutes. No change to frequency at any other time. The times of first buses will also change on Sundays with first buses retimed to depart at the same time as on Monday to Saturdays, 0500 from Romford Station and 0505 from Leytonstone Bus Station.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 70 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 11 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change at any other time. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 72 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 12 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 13 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. 

Route 90 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. The frequency will be increased during the early morning on all days of the week. On Monday to Fridays buses will be increased to every 15 minutes before 0730, on Saturdays to every 15 minutes before 0900 and on Sundays to every 15 minutes before 1000. No change to frequency at any other time.

Route 94 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. The frequency will be increased during the early morning on Saturdays and Sundays. On Saturdays buses will be increased between 0530 and 1030 to a bus every 8-9 minutes and on Sundays to every 12 minutes between 0530 and 0900. No change to frequency at any other time.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 100 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 13-14 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Fridays. No change to frequency at any other time.

24-hour route 148 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels. Buses will now run every 12 minutes during both the daytime and evening on all days of the week. The night service will continue to run every 20 minutes on Sunday to Thursday nights and every 30 minutes on Friday and Saturday nights.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 153 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 13-14 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Fridays. No change to frequency at any other time.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 205 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 11 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 13 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 211 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 11 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change at any other time. 

Route 218 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 220 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 8-9 minutes during the AM & PM peak on Monday to Fridays, every 9-10 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 11 minutes during the daytime on Sundays. No change to the evening or night service.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 267 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 12 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Fridays and to every 14 minutes during the daytime on Saturdays. No change at any other time. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 272 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 16 minutes during the daytime on Saturdays and Sundays. No change at any other time. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 276 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 14 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays, to every 16 minutes during the daytime on Sundays and every 22 minutes during the evening on all days of the week. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 277 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 11 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 13 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 283 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 11 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 13 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. 

Route 289 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. The frequency will be increased to every 15 minutes instead of every 20 minutes during the daytime on Sundays. The early morning frequency will be increased before 1000 on Sunday mornings from every 30 minutes to every 20 minutes. No change to frequency at any other time.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 306 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 13 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change at any other time. 

Route 314 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. The frequency will be increased on Sundays to every 20 minutes instead of every 30 minutes from first bus to last bus. The early morning frequency will also be increased before 0730 on Saturday mornings from every 30 minutes to every 20 minutes. No change to frequency at any other time.

Route 383 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 414 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 8-9 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 12-13 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 425 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 11-12 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 13-14 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 452 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 12-13 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change to frequency at any other time. 

Route 481 will have an additional school day journey introduced at 0742 from Kingston Town Centre to Turing House School.

Route 667 will have an additional school day journey introduced at 0740 from Ilford Town Centre to West Hatch School.

Revised PM school day schedule introduced on route 690 to reflect revised school finishing times.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route C1 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 13 minutes at all times of the day on all days of the week.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route C3 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 11 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change to frequency at any other time. 

Route SL9 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.

The temporary timetables on routes 13, 23, 27, 49, 70, 72, 211, 220, 267, 272, 283, 306, 414, 452, C1 and C3 are to help with reliability during the closure of the A40 Westway and West Cross Route and displacement of traffic onto local roads.

The temporary timetables on routes 25, 205, 276, 277 and 425 are to help with reliability during roadworks at the Bow Roundabout and displacement of traffic onto local roads.

The temporary timetables on routes 43, 100 and 153 are to help with reliability during the closure of King William Street southbound.

Route 49 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 105 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 13 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Fridays, every 13-14 minutes during the daytime on Saturdays and every 16-17 minutes during the daytime on Sundays. No change to the evening or night service.

Route 117 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

Route 395 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

Route 398 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route D3 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 17 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 22 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route D6 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 8-9 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays, to every 16 minutes during the daytime on Sundays and every 21 minutes during the evenings on all days of the week. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route D7 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 13-14 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 16-17 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. 

Route H9 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

Route H10 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

Route H13 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route H20 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 14 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change at any other time. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route R68 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 16 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change at any other time. 

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route R70 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 14 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change at any other time.

Changes to buses from Saturday 14 September 2024

The following changes will take place from Saturday 14 September.

A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 39 which will widen the frequency of the service to a bus every 8-9 minutes during the AM & PM peaks on Monday to Fridays, to every 9 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 13 minutes during the daytime on Sundays. No change during the evenings. This is to help aid reliability during the Hammersmith Bridge closure and increase in traffic in the Putney area.

A new timetable will be introduced on route 174 with changes to late evening journeys towards Harold Hill from Dagenham CEME on all days of the week. There will be a later journey from Dagenham CEME leaving at 0108 and passing Dagenham Heathway station at 0118 providing a later connection with District line arrivals from Central London and at Romford Station at 0131 to provide a connection with the last Elizabeth line train from Liverpool Street. The later journey also closes the gap between the last 174 and first N86 buses from 50 to 30 minutes between Romford Station and Harold Hill. No change to times of buses from Harold Hill towards Dagenham CEME.

24 hour route 222 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. The frequency will be increased during the early morning on all days of the week. On Monday to Fridays buses will be increased to every 15 minutes between 0430 and 0630, on Saturdays between 0430 and 0730 and on Sundays between 0430 and 0930. No change to the frequency at any other time.

Route 284 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

Changes to buses from Saturday 21 September 2024

The following changes will take place from Saturday 21 September.

Route 160 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.

Route 207 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.

Route 210 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. The early morning frequency will also increase to every 12 minutes on Monday to Fridays from first bus until 0700 and on Saturdays and Sundays from first bus until 0900. The times of first buses will also change on Sundays with first buses retimed to depart at the same time as on Monday to Saturdays, 0440 from Brent Cross Shopping Centre and 0520 from Finsbury Park Station.

Route W9 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. Route W9 will be operated by Metroline from this date.

Route 257 not serving Walthamstow Central Bus Station

To facilitate temporary safety changes to the bus station layout, route 257 is currently starting and finishing at Leyton Green. For stops to and from Walthamstow Central change onto routes 20, 230, W15 or W19 at either Whipps Cross Bus Interchange or at stops along Lea Bridge Road.

This change will be in place until the end of October 2024.

Farringdon Road southbound closure from Monday 2 September 2024

From Monday 2 September until early November, Farringdon Street will be closed southbound between Ray Street Bridge and Charterhouse Street. This is due to gas main replacement works.

Routes 63, 341 and N63 will be diverted via Roseberry Avenue, Clerkenwell Road, and Gray's Inn Road.  

Route 25 will start and finish at St Bartholomew's Hospital

Route 40 will start and finish at Holborn Circus

Route 8 not serving Bow Church from Saturday 7 September

To facilitate major roadworks at the Bow Interchange roundabout route 8 will be unable to reach Bow Church with buses instead starting and finishing.at Roman Road Market. For Bow Church passengers should interchange to and from routes 276 and 488 at the Roman Road Market bus stops.

The works at Bow Interchange roundabout are due to finish in February 2025.

Long term diversions

Routes Affected: 21, 24, 43, 47, 54, 57, 65, 71, 75, 76, 81, 85, 100, 101, 108, 110, 111, 122, 129, 131, 133, 136, 141, 147, 181, 185, 199, 208, 213, 216, 222, 225, 238, 257, 281, 284, 285, 300, 304, 325, 350, 360, 371, 376, 380, 394, 406, 411, 418, 436, 452, 465, 474, 481, 484, 671, 698, C1, E2, K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, N21, N65, N87, N136, N137, N199, P4, R68, R70, U1, U3 and U5.

London Wall is currently closed until late September 2024 between Aldersgate Street and Moorgate. Route 76 is diverted towards Waterloo after bus stop E named Epworth Street on City Road via Finsbury Square, Chiswell Street, Beech Street and Aldersgate Street to St Martins-le-Grand re-joining the normal route at bus stop SW named St Paul's Station. Towards Tottenham Hale route 76 will divert after the bus stop on Little Britain via Aldersgate Street, Beech Street and Chiswell Street to Finsbury Square re-joining the normal route at bus stop D on the western side of Finsbury Square. Route 100 is diverted towards St Paul's Station after bus stop Q on Wormwood Street via London Wall, Moorgate, Chiswell Street, Beech Street and Aldersgate Street to St Martins-le-Grand re-joining the normal route at bus stop SW named St Paul's Station. Towards Shadwell route 100 will divert after the bus stop on Little Britain via Aldersgate Street, Beech Street, Chiswell Street, Moorgate, South Place, Eldon Street and Blomfield Street to London Wall re-joining the normal route at bus stop U named All Hallows Church.

High Street North is closed between Barking Road and Ron Leighton Way in East Ham Town Centre. Routes 101, 147, 238, 300, 304, 325, 376 and 474 are diverting via Barking Road and Ron Leighton Way instead missing out stop J, named Caledon Road, bus instead serving bus stop BS on Ron Leighton Way. High Street North is due to reopen in late September.

Due to ongoing water main works on Victoria Street in the area around Victoria Station affecting bus stops route 185 towards Lewisham is currently starting from bus stop L on Vauxhall Bridge Road and is not serving bus stop F on Terminus Place. This is to remain in place until late October 2024.

To facilitate temporary safety changes to the bus station layout, route 257 is currently starting and finishing at Leyton Green and not serving Walthamstow Central. For stops to and from Walthamstow Central change onto routes 20, 230, W15 or W19 at either Whipps Cross Bus Interchange or at stops along Lea Bridge Road. This change will be in place until the end of October 2024.

Route 394 is currently on diversion towards Homerton Hospital due to the closure of Wimbourne Street. Route 394 is diverting from Cropley Street via Eagle Wharf Road, New North Road, Baring Street, Bridport Place and Poole Street to New North Road. No stops will be missed. Buses towards Islington Angel will not be diverting and will remain on normal line of route. The diversion will now be in place until November 2024.

Grosvenor Road is currently closed between Chelsea Bridge Road & Lupus Street for gas main works. Route 24 towards Pimlico is diverting after bus stop G, named St George's Square / Pimlico Station, on St George's Circus via ahead St George's Circus, right Grosvenor Road and then right Claverton Street to terminate at bus stop A. Buses back to Hampstead Heath are starting  from bus stop A. Route 360 is diverted in both directions via Sutherland Street, Ebury Bridge and Pimlico Road.

Kingston Cromwell Road bus station is closed until autumn 2024. Buses which normally stop in the bus station or on Cromwell Road are serving temporary stops, diverting or stopping short of their normal destinations. Stops A1 to A16 and Z1 as well as stop R on Wood Street are closed for the duration of the works. Two new temporary bus stops with shelters are located to the east of the bus station on Cromwell Road. Lewis Grove in Lewisham Town Centre is closed northbound between Lewisham High Street and Lee Bridge until Spring 2025 while Lewisham council undertake a project to regenerate the High Street and market areas of Lewisham Town Centre. Buses are diverted as follows:

  • Routes 21, 129, 380 and 436 are diverted heading away from Lewisham via Molesworth Street and Rennell Street to Lewisham High Street. No change arriving into Lewisham
  • Routes 47, 136 and N136 are diverted northbound only from Lewisham High Street via Molesworth Street to Loampit Vale. No change for buses heading southbound.
  • Route 54 is diverted towards Woolwich only from Lewisham High Street via Molesworth Street, Rennell Street and Lewisham High Street to Belmont Hill
  • Routes 75, 181, 185, 199, 208, 225, 284, 484, P4 and N199 are diverted northbound towards Lewisham Station from Lewisham High Street via Molesworth Street and Rennell Street to Lewisham High Street. No change for buses heading southbound
  • Route 108 is diverted towards Stratford International Street via Molesworth Street, Rennell Street and Lewisham High Street to Belmont Hill. No change arriving into Lewisham
  • Route 122 is diverted towards Plumstead Bus Garage only from Lewisham High Street via Molesworth Street, Rennell Street and Lewisham High Street to Lee High Road

The following routes have widened frequencies between 0700-1900 on Monday to Fridays and 1000-1900 on Saturdays and Sundays to help aid reliability while on diversion. The details are as follows:

  • Route 21 is amended to a bus every 9-10 minutes on Monday to Saturdays and every 13 minutes on Sundays
  • Route 54 is amended to a bus every 11 minutes on Monday to Fridays, every 13 minutes on Saturdays and every 16 minutes on Sundays
  • Route 75 is amended to a bus every 11 minutes on Monday to Fridays, every 13 minutes on Saturdays and every 16 minutes on Sundays
  • Route 89 is amended to a bus every 13 minutes on Monday to Saturdays and every 21 minutes on Sundays
  • Route 108 is amended to a bus every 11 minutes on Monday to Saturdays and every 16 minutes on Sundays
  • Route 129 is amended to a bus every 14 minutes on Saturdays and every 21 minutes on Sundays
  • Route 178 is amended to a bus every 13 minutes on Monday to Fridays only
  • Route 181 is amended to a bus every 12-13 minutes on Monday to Saturdays and every 15-16 minutes on Sundays
  • Route 185 is amended to a bus every 13 minutes on Monday to Saturdays and every 21 minutes on Sundays
  • Route 199 is amended to a bus every 13 minutes on Monday to Saturdays and every 16 minutes on Sundays
  • Route 225 is amended to a bus every 21-22 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Route 284 is amended to a bus every 11 minutes during the AM & PM peak on Monday to Fridays, every 13 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 21 minutes on Sundays
  • Route 321 is amended to a bus every 12 minutes on Monday to Saturdays and every 14 minutes on Sundays
  • Route 380 is amended to a bus every 13 minutes on Monday to Saturdays and every 16 minutes on Sundays
  • Route P4 is amended to a bus every 13 minutes on Saturdays and every 16 minutes on Sundays

King William Street is closed southbound only until September 2025 between Bank and Monument stations.
Routes 21, 43 and 141 are diverted towards London Bridge after bus stop K named Finsbury Square / Moorgate via South Place, Eldon Street, Blomfield Street, London Wall, Wormwood Street, Bishopsgate and Gracechurch Street to Monument Station re-joining the normal route at bus stop P, named Monument, located on London Bridge. No change to northbound journeys.

Route 133 is diverted towards Streatham after bus stop SW named St Paul's Station on St Martins-le-Grand via New Change and Cannon Street to Monument Station re-joining the normal route at bus stop P, named Monument, located on London Bridge. No change towards Holborn Station.
Route N21 is diverted after bus stop ME at Mansion House Station direct via Cannon Street to Monument Station re-joining the normal route at bus stop P, named Monument, located on London Bridge. No change towards Trafalgar Square.

Due to road layout changes at Kensal Rise Station by the local borough, route 452 is suspended between Ladbroke Grove, Sainsbury's and Kensal Rise Station until further notice. Passengers should use route 52 between Ladbroke Grove, Sainsbury's and Kensal Rise Station. Route 452 continues to run as normal between Ladbroke Grove, Sainsbury's and Vauxhall Bus Station every 10 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 12 minutes during the evening and all day on Sundays.

Due to the collapse of the carriageway on Station Approach at West Drayton Station buses are unable to serve the bus stops directly outside the northern entrance to West Drayton Station. For bus routes 222, 350, 698, U3 and U5 passengers should use bus stops H for southbound buses and stop G for northbound buses (both named Ferrers Road) on Station Road which is a short walk from the Warwick Road entrance to West Drayton station. Route U1 will set down at bus stop C and pick up from bus stop D on Horton Road. These arrangements will continue until the works to rectify the issues with the carriageway have been resolved.

Due to the damage caused by a recent fire, Slough Bus Station is currently closed with bus route 81 unable to serve the Bus Station. Buses are terminating at bus stop H on Wellington Street opposite Tesco and picking up passengers from bus stop PQ outside Lloyds Bank on Slough High Street.
