Changes to routes 315 & G1 from Saturday 3 May 2025
From Saturday 3 May we will be making some major changes to how bus routes 315 and G1 operate.
Route 315 will be extended from Balham Station to Springfield University Hospital via Balham High Road, Tooting Bec Station, Trinity Road, Glenburnie Road and Springfield Drive to terminate at Springfield University Hospital.
The frequency of route 315 will continue to be every 20 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 30 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays.
There will be changes to the stops served by route 315 at Balham Station towards West Norwood. Buses will no longer serve bus stops A, on Balham Station Road, or bus stop D on Balham High Road. Passengers for West Norwood should use bus stop B on Balham High Road.
Route G1 will be rerouted back into the Springfield University Hospital site following the completion of works. Buses will run from in both directions from Burntwood Lane via Springfield Drive, Lapidge Drive and Bicknell Way back to Springfield Drive serving bus stop Y in both directions before heading back to Burntwood Lane via Springfield Drive.
There will also be a change to the frequency of route G1 with buses running every 20 minutes during the daytime and every 30 minutes during the evening on all days of the week.

Easter bus service levels
Normal timetables up to and including Thursday 17 April 2025
Good Friday - 18 April - a Saturday timetable will operate on all day services and a normal Friday night service
Saturday - 19 April - a normal Saturday timetable will operate on all day and night services
Easter Sunday - 20 April - a normal Sunday timetable will operate on all day and night services
Easter Monday - 21 April - a Sunday timetable will operate on all day services and a normal Monday night service
Tuesday 22 April - normal timetables resume

Changes to buses from Saturday 19 April 2025
The following changes will take place from Saturday 19 April 2025.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 450 widening the frequency of the service to every 9 minutes during the AM & PM peak on Monday to Fridays and every 8-9 minutes during the daytime and evenings on Monday to Saturdays. No change on Sundays.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route E2 widening the frequency of the service to every 9 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 11 minutes during the evening and all day on Sundays.

Changes to buses from Saturday 26 April 2025
The following changes will take place from Saturday 26 April 2025.
Route 31 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with the frequency increased in the early morning on all days of the week to every 12 minutes from first bus but also reduced during the evening on Monday to Fridays to a bus every 12 minutes. The frequency during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays will remain at a bus every 10 minutes and at every 12 minutes during the evening on Saturdays and all day on Sundays. Route 31 will be operated by First London from this date.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 51 widening the frequency of the service to every 11 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change during the evening or on Sundays. This timetable will be in place until the completion of works on Cray Avenue in the St Mary Cray area.
Route 79 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with the frequency restored to every 12 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 15 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays.
Route 83 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with the frequency restored to every 8 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays, every 10 minutes during the daytime on Saturdays and every 12 minutes during the evenings on all days of the week.
Route 92 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with the frequency restored to every 10 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 12 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays.
Route 95 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
Route 171 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
Route 182 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with the frequency restored to every 8 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 10 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays.
Route 218 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 220 widening the frequency of the service on Monday to Fridays to every 7-8 minutes during the AM peak, every 9-10 minutes during the daytime and to every 8-9 minutes during the PM peak. No change during the evenings or at anytime on Saturdays and Sundays. This timetable is in place to help reliability during HS2 works between White City and Willesden Junction.
24 hour route 285 will have a new timetable on every day and night of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.
Route 306 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 363 widening the frequency of the service to every 12 minutes during the AM peak on Monday to Fridays and to every 11-12 minutes during the daytime on all days of the week. No change to the frequency during the evenings. This timetable will be in place until the completion of works in the Dulwich Common area.
Route 383 will have a new timetable on Monday to Saturdays with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.
Route 440 restored to running through to Wembley Stadium following completion of works along Wembley High Road.
Route 483 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with the frequency restored to every 10 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 12 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route C10 widening the frequency of the service to every 8-9 minutes during the daytime on Saturdays. No change during on Monday to Fridays, Sundays or during the evenings on Saturdays. This timetable will be in place until Lambeth Bridge reopens in both directions.
A new bus stop will be introduced on route E2 at the northern end of Commerce Road from this date allowing passengers to use route E2 along the full length of Commerce Road towards Greenford. No change to the timetable of the route.
Route H14 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with the frequency restored to every 10 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 15 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays.
Route H17 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with the frequency restored to every 15 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 20 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays.
Route N31 will have a new timetable on all nights of the week with minor changes to times. Route N31 will be operated by First London from this date.
Route N171 will have a new timetable on all nights of the week with minor changes to times.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route P13 widening the frequency of the service to every 17-18 minutes during the AM & PM peak on Monday to Fridays and the daytime on Saturdays, to every 16-17 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Fridays and to every 22-23 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. This timetable will be in place until the completion of works in the Dulwich Common area.

Camden High Street closure from Saturday 3 May 2025
Starting from Saturday 3 May 2025 Camden Council are undertaking an 18 month trial closure of Camden High Street between the main road junction by Camden Town Station and the road junction with Hawley Crescent.
Due to this scheme buses travelling northbound along this stretch of Camden High Street will be routed via Kentish Town Road and Hawley Crescent. No bus stops will be missed and no bus stops will be served on the alternative route.
The bus routes affected are:
- Route 1 towards Hampstead Heath
- Route 24 towards Hampstead Heath
- Route 27 towards Chalk Farm
- Route 31 towards White City
- Route N5 towards Edgware
- Route N27 towards Chalk Farm
- Route N28 towards Wandsworth
- Route N31 towards Clapham Junction

Changes to buses from Saturday 3 May 2025
The following changes will take place from Saturday 3 May 2025.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 56 widening the frequency of the service to every 12 minutes from first to last bus on all days of the week. This timetable will be in place until the completion of major works in the Hackney Central area.
Route 196 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. Route 196 will be operated by Arriva London from this date.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 236 widening the frequency of the service to every 12 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays, to every 14 minutes during the daytime on Sundays and to every 17 minutes during the evenings on all days of the week. This timetable will be in place until the completion of major works in the Hackney Central area.
Route 241 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 265 widening the frequency of the service to every 13-14 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change during the evenings or all day on Sundays. This timetable will be in place until works along the route are complete.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 276 widening the frequency of the service to every 14 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays, to every 17 minutes during the daytime on Sundays and to every 22 minutes during the evenings on all days of the week. This timetable will be in place until the completion of major works in the Hackney Central area.
Route 285 has a new temporary timetable on all days of the week with the frequency changed to every 10-11 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and to every 12-13 minutes during the daytime on Sundays. No change to the frequency during the evenings or to the night service.
Route 330 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. Route 330 will be operated by Go Ahead from this date.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 358 widening the frequency of the service to every 13 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays. No change during the evenings or on Sundays. This timetable will be in place until roadworks at The Chinese Roundabout are completed.
24 hour route 474 will have a new timetable on all days and nights of the week with minor changes to times. Route 474 will be operated by Go Ahead from this date.
Route 485 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times. Route 485 will be operated by Transport UK from this date.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route 486 widening the frequency of the service to every 11-12 minutes during the AM & PM peak on Monday to Fridays, to every 10-11 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Fridays, to every 13-14 minutes during the daytime on Saturdays, to every 16-17 minutes during the daytime on Sundays and to every 15-16 minutes during the evenings on all days of the week. This timetable will be in place until works along the route are complete.
Route E2 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with journey times revised to better reflect current traffic levels.
Route P5 will have a new timetable on all days of the week with minor changes to times.
A temporary timetable will be introduced on route R68 widening the frequency of the service to every 16 minutes during the daytime on Sundays. No change at any other time. This timetable will be in place until works along the route are complete.
