Dear TFL I have a follow-up request made by someone from request ID: FOI-2231-2223 https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/transparency/freedom-of-information/foi-request-detail?referenceId=FOI-2231-2223 Can you publish the number of One Day Travelcards sold in the last 3 years, this includes different types (as seen on request ID: FOI-2231-2223) such as zones, peak/anytime, off-peak (after 9:30am on weekdays), in-boundary, out-boundary, and sold with Railcard discount. Can you publish the number of PAYG daily and weekly caps made in the last 3 years, split by buses and trams, all-modes (Tube, DLR, National Rail etc.) equivalent to Travelcard, Oyster, Contactless, Smartphone (via Apple and Google Pay). Can you publish the number of maximum fares (including missing touch in/out and staying over the journey times) in the last 3 years on Oyster (including ZIP), Contactless and Smartphone? Can you publish the number of maximum fares that were corrected/refunded in the last 3 years on Oyster (including ZIP), Contactless and Smartphone? I request the documents to be published in Excel format in line with the previous request. Thanks

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 20 December 2022 asking for information about Travelcards and PAYG caps.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

Can you publish the number of One Day Travelcards sold in the last 3 years, this includes different types (as seen on request ID: FOI-2231-2223) such as zones, peak/anytime, off-peak (after 9:30am on weekdays), in-boundary, out-boundary, and sold with Railcard discount.

Please see the table below for the number of system generated refunds (autofill). Please note that autofill’s for Oyster are only recorded from when weekly capping on Oyster went live on 20 September 2020.
