Breakdown in number of frequent users of Oyster cards vs. other types of passes

Request ID: FOI-2196-1920
Date published: 29 October 2019

You asked

Hi TfL, I am looking to understand the breakdown in frequent users of the underground or busses (or other tfl transport) i.e., those who use it 4+ times a day, in the number of users who use an Oyster card vs. any other type of travel pass (e.g. smartphone, debit or credit card, paper ticket). If there is an age breakdown that would be good as well. Is there also a way to find out how many people have downloaded the TfL app? (or used it if that's able to be made available)? Thanks
