I would like to investigate percentage change in demand levels before and after covid-19 and relate it to specific demographics. Could you please let me know which type of data exist within TfL (say City Planning teams) that could help me on this? I am mainly interested to know what type of spatial/demographical features i can get to relate them with demand change.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do not hold the information you require.
Our passenger demand data does not include any breakdown in terms of spatial or demographic factors. However our published Travel in London Reports and our Travel in London Demand Surveys do contain the most comprehensive information we hold in terms of passenger demand and trends.
