Leaving from Victoria Coach Station

Finding your gate number

  1. On your ticket look for the time of departure, service number and destination
  2. Look at the departure times board in the main entrance or next to gate 11
  3. Match the details of your journey to the board and find the gate number
  4. If you're still unsure, feel free to ask a member of staff available from 07:15 to 21:45

Extra tips

  • Take note of the coach company listed under the service number
  • The gates close 2 minutes before departure. Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time to avoid missing your coach

Arriving in Victoria Coach Station

Your safety and security in Victoria Coach Station

  • The station is equipped with CCTV cameras to provide the care and protection for customers and staff
  • Night security is available from 22:00
  • To keep yourself safe, wash your hands before and after your journey
  • Wear a face covering if it helps you to travel with confidence
  • Message 61016 for reporting incidents such as criminal damage, hate crime or sexual harassment. Please be aware some mobile providers may charge for texting 61016. For more information visit the British Transport Police website

Mobility

  • Accessible toilets are available in the Mobility Lounge located opposite gate 0, open 08:00-21:00. Members of staff are available for additional help
  • Accessible toilets available after 21:00 are in a separate building. Ask a member of staff for assistance
  • Assistance from Arrivals to Departures is also available - to book in advance fill out a Mobility Assistance form
  • Ramps are available on some coaches. Contact your coach provider beforehand
