Passengers requiring assistance must make themselves known to a uniformed member of staff upon arrival at Victoria Coach Station. If this is not possible, please ask your driver to inform the Coach Station staff on your behalf.
Dedicated mobility assistance is available from 08:00 - 21:00. At other times, we will do our best to meet your requirements, but this may not always be possible.
At peak times, mobility assistance may be delayed, or the service may not be available when it is extremely busy.
This service is free of charge, but self-employed porters, who will expect payment for their services, are available to carry your luggage if required.
You can be set down or picked up by a taxi, minicab, or private car at the Mobility Lounge.
If you have a through ticket involving a coach change at Victoria Coach Station, please inform your coach driver, or Coach Station staff that you have booked assistance.
Mobility assistance can only be offered inside the confines of Victoria Coach Station.
