Coronavirus support for our property customers

Our property customers are our partners - we have a shared responsibility to succeed so we can continue to support our local communities, our customers and London.

We're offering extra help - including financial support - so you can maintain your business during and after the coronavirus pandemic.

We've also pulled together top tips and suggestions for other forms of support using our own experience, and by reviewing schemes from central and local government and other organisations.

What we're doing

We do not want to see businesses on our estate close because of the coronavirus pandemic. Small businesses are vital to their communities, to our property estate and to London and the wider UK economy.

We have spoken to our customers to let them know what support we can offer. This has included a full rent credit for small and medium-sized businesses for the March to June rent quarter and further concessions in the June to September rent quarter.

If your business needs more support than that, get in touch with us. We'll review every situation on a case by case basis.

How to request support

We need to understand how you are managing your business so we can give you the right level of support. After you complete our business support form we'll get in touch to discuss what you need.

Please have this information ready for our follow-up discussion:

  1. Confirmation (for example, from accountants or official sources) to show government or business rates support that you have received or been rejected for
  2. Your plan for reopening and rebuilding your business
  3. Your revised business plan
