Our complaints process

Our customers can raise a complaint with us using the contact details above.

We'll acknowledge receipt of your complaint within three days and confirm your designated contact. 

All complaints will be a priority and resolved as quickly as possible with a full response given within 21 days of your initial complaint.

If you feel that we have not dealt with your complaint according to our stated standards, you can address your concerns to an independent body, the Local Government Ombudsman.
