Building a city for all of us

Properties Homes

We’re building more than 20,000 new homes in the next ten years. And by homes we mean sustainable, desirable, beautiful homes, many of them affordable – where Londoners can grow their roots.

Whilst upgrading existing workspaces, we’ll be delivering 3,000,000 sq ft of some of the most sustainable, flexible and connected office space in the capital.

40 Long Acre, Covent Garden

When complete, over 12,500 sq ft will be available directly above Covent Garden Tube station. We are proposing to extend and refurbish the workspace and install a dedicated terrace. We’ll make it a more sustainable and inclusive building by improving its EPC rating from F to A or B. We will change how the space is heated so that once operational, it’ll be net zero carbon.

Investing in a greener city, a city for future generations to work, to innovate and discover. And generate a long-term, sustainable income that we can re-invest back into London.

Skills and Training

We have introduced skills and education programmes to energise the property industry with new talent and inspire the next generation of city-builders and place-makers, all while creating significant economic benefits for local communities and the capital as a whole.

Fantastic second day at the Connected Places Summit! 🏙️ #CPS2025

Proud to see our team making an impact, with CEO Graeme Craig.

Graeme spoke passionately about innovation's critical role in creating sustainable, resilient and better-connected urban spaces. The discussion highlighted how collaborative partnerships between public and private sectors can transform our cities.

🏗️ It was great to be at Build East last week with colleagues from the Greater London Authority. It was inspiring to see how they’re equipping the next generation of builders with the skills to shape London’s future.

These students could soon play a vital role in delivering London’s much-needed new homes across the city, including on some of our very own projects. It’s a reminder that addressing the housing crisis goes hand in hand with supporting the growth of the construction industry and creating opportunities for young people.
