Dear Transport for London,
The Surveillance Camera Code of Practice has Principle 10.
There should be effective review and audit mechanisms to ensure legal requirements, policies and standards are complied with in practice, and regular reports should be published.
You are bound by statute law to follow the code of practice.
Please supply the last 3 years audit and review documents.
"A system operator should make a summary of such a review available publicly as part of the transparency and accountability for the use and consequences of its operation. "
Is also part of Principle 10.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 February 2024 asking for information about Audit and Review of ULEZ systems.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our information access policy. I can confirm TfL does hold the information you require.
TfL followed the required Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) process and the DPIA sets out how the scheme operates, in accordance with data protection legislation and in particular how we minimise data collection from ANPR cameras, how data will be used, how we keep it secure and how it may be shared.
