Request ID: FOI-4012-2324
Date published: 06 March 2024

You asked

We answered

Our Ref:         FOI-4011-2324 / FOI-4012-2324

Thank you for your requests received on 8 February 2024 asking for further information about the Project 2030 website.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.

I can confirm that we do not hold the information you have requested. The Project 2030 website was developed as a recruitment support tool for Technology roles and therefore does not require the same level of governance as a general customer facing website. There was no formal meeting invite, minutes, or emails to agree the removal of the site from the public domain. This discussion and decision took place over a Microsoft Teams calls between members of the Tech & Data team – including the Director of Information Technology, and one of our recruitment managers.

Many of the roles on the Project 2030 site were no longer available or required so the site was taken offline. As previously advised, we are still in the process of reviewing our forward plan for resourcing.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
