I would like to submit an FOI request to ask how many Tube, Overground, and Elizabeth line trains arrived at stations more than 5 minutes after they were scheduled to arrive between January 2023 and the end of January 2024.
Could this data be split up into the number of trains delayed 5-10 minutes, 10-15 minutes, 15+ minutes, and total number of trains delayed.
Please could it be provided in spreadsheet format with the three above categories in column a with the number of trains in each category listed in column b.

Thank you for your request received on 6 February 2024 asking for information about train delays in 2023.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:
For the London Underground, we do not record lateness as per your request. However, we do record the level of service provided. The percentage of service operated is available by line by period back to 2018/19 on our website:
Under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act, we are not obliged to provide you with information which is reasonably accessible by other means. Please note that this information is reported by trains on time, arriving within 3 minutes, and those arriving within 15 minutes. Information for quarter three of the 2023-24 financial year is expected to be published on their site in early March.
