Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Does TfL use diesel generators to help charge any of its electric bus fleet? If so, I would like to know how often this has happened and when”.
I can confirm that we hold the information you require. All of our pure-electric buses are plugged in and do not entail the use of diesel generators.
