Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked:
1. How many incomplete journeys have been made on the London underground and overground in the last six months?
Under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act, we are not obliged to provide you with information which is reasonably accessible by other means.
2. How many incomplete journeys made on the London underground and overground were the result of mixed-device journeys/ payments in the last six months? 3. How much revenue has TfL made from penalty charges resulting from mixed-device payments in the last six months?
We do not hold this information as we are not able to determine the cause of an incomplete journey.
