Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:
Details of all diesel-fuelled cars (make, model, engine size, year, transmission type) that were listed on TfL’s website as Non-ULEZ compliant that have subsequently been found to be compliant, and the reason for change if known.
I would like you to provide this information in Excel or Word format.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 31st March 2023 asking for information about ULEZ compliant vehicles.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“I would like to request the following information: Details of all diesel-fuelled cars (make, model, engine size, year, transmission type) that were listed on TfL’s website as Non-ULEZ compliant that have subsequently been found to be compliant, and the reason for change if known. I would like you to provide this information in Excel or Word format.”
I am afraid that TfL does not hold the requested information. To monitor compliance with the ULEZ scheme our Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras link to information held by the DVLA. The only vehicle attributes which are held by TfL are the Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM) and compliance status. We are therefore unable to provide the requested data.
