Thank you for your email which we received on 28 March 2023 asking for information about penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued to vehicles parked outside the O2 arena.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. 

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. The road around the O2 arena doesn’t appear to be on the TfL red route network. TfL is responsible for red routes; monitoring parking, loading, yellow box junctions, bus lanes, cycle lanes, banned turns, Blue Badge (disabled parking) and no stopping on red lines. Roads with yellow lines are managed by the London councils.
