I keep hearing radio adverts from TFL regarding proposed ulez expansion from 29th August this year that state air pollution in London is causing 4000 deaths per year, air quality in outer London is in constant breach of WHO guidelines and that the air inside car cabins is toxic. Please can you therefore provide the evidence to back up these alarming claims?
