Please I would like to request the full dataset of Bus incidents between 2014 to 2023, Q3 that includes both Injuries and non injuries.

Thank you for your email received by us on 28 December 2023, asking about bus incidents. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
Bus safety data is published on the TfL website at the following link: https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/bus-safety-data. Please see ‘Bus Injury details’ CSV spreadsheet for the information you are looking for. Column G shows whether there was an injury or not.
In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.
