Please find attached a report which shows where in Redbridge collisions are assigned, from this you can identify the locations with the most collisions. We only hold the full data for the last three years i.e. 2015-17.

The majority of roads in Redbridge will be maintained by the borough not TfL so you may also want to contact Redbridge Borough council to see they hold any further information: https://www.redbridge.gov.uk/
