Road danger reduction dashboards

We have created interactive dashboards that let you explore the location and details of published collisions in London, inequalities in road danger and enforcement outputs from action taken by the police against traffic offences committed in London.

These dashboards, and the reports below, can be used to self-serve data requests. For other casualty data email collisiondatarequests@tfl.gov.uk. For road enforcement output data enquiries email cposperformance@tfl.gov.uk.

Vision Zero action plan

Our Vision Zero commitment sets the goal that by 2041, all deaths and serious injuries will be eliminated from London's transport network. The Vision Zero action plan and the Vision Zero action plan progress report focus on the areas where our greatest challenges lie - London's roads. They identify pathways to achieve our Vision Zero ambitions and set out our progress. 

These documents demonstrate to everyone who uses our streets the commitment of the Mayor, TfL, London boroughs, the police and other partners to taking bold action and putting the Vision Zero ambition at the heart of everything we do.

Road collision data

Datasets of recorded statistics of road collisions in London.

Below are the underlying data files which feed the Inequalities in road danger dashboard. There are three files, one containing collision records alongside data about the location of the collision, one containing collision records alongside data about the casualty's home location (for collisions where the casualty lives in London), and one containing LSOA area records alongside population, road length and deprivation information.

The data is listed below in CSV format, but can also be found in our road danger reduction dashboard.

A processing error was identified with the Inequalities in road danger in London report, this has now been amended and a revised version (version 2) is now available to view. The report includes an overview of the error identified.
