Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 1st December 2023 asking for information about street works at 1-40 Farquhar Road, SE19.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked: “We write to request street work history in the below Location. 1-40 Farquhar Road, London, SE19 1SS Virgin Media seeks information on which Utility/contractor had an opening notice/permit to carry out street works (excavation) at (or near to) the above Location. Please review and provide notices from the last 10 years,”
TfL does not hold the requested information as Farquhar Road, SE19 is not part of the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN – sometimes known as the ‘red routes’ – see here for more information: https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/red-routes). Rather, this road is managed by the local authority which I understand is Lambeth Council. You should therefore redirect your questions to that body.
