Request ID: FOI-3056-2324 Date published: 22 December 2023
You asked
In a previous response from TfL to request FOI-2783-2324, TfL claimed "during the development of a brand activation on the network, we arrange and carry out a comprehensive site survey".
In attempts to receive any documentation resulting from this survey, I have received the response that TfL does not hold the information.
TfLs policy statement on transparency claims "We are committed to operating in an open and transparent way and fully recognise the benefits this offers our customers, stakeholders and, of course, us"
In that spirit, would you please answer the following questions:
Does TfL hold any documentation of this site survey taking place that it will release under Freedom of Information legislation?
Does TfL have any documented record of the potential risks discussed in the site survey mentioned that it will release under Freedom of Information legislation?
If TfL does not hold the information asked in the above two questions, could you please provide me with the written framework used by TfL to ensure compliance with equalities legislation and maintain safe systems of operation when considering brand partnerships.
