ULEZ Compliant Buses

Please can you share visibility of all bus routes and which buses are ULEZ compliant. The 493 is on my route and I put the registrations into gov check website and the compliance rating isn't available. This should be public information.

Our Ref:         FOI-3013-2324

Thank you for your request received on 23 November 2023 asking for information about the bus fleet.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
 
Our fleet of around 9000 buses is made up of low- and zero-emission (at the tailpipe) buses, including electric, hydrogen, diesel and hybrid buses. All of which meet Euro VI emission standards, the same emissions standards as the Ultra Low Emission Zone. In August we announced the 1000th zero emission bus in our fleet further helping to improve air quality.
