You asked

https://tfl.gov.uk/travel-information/improvements-and-projects/lambeth-bridge-northern-roundabout?cid=lambeth-bridge-north states: “Lambeth Bridge's northern junction is the most dangerous junction in London in terms of cycle collisions (of all severities). This is based on 36 months of data up to September 2021.” Please supply the tabulation or other analysis – presumably of the data for all London junctions – prepared to support this claim.

Thank you for your request which we received on 21 November 2023, asking for information about cycle collisions at London junctions.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.

We hold and regularly publish information on cycle collisions. I’d like to refer you to our Road Safety Data pages, specifically “collision data extracts”, which provide details on road traffic collision data since 2005, in csv format. You can also view this data in our interactive Road Danger Dashboard that allows you to filter the data based on key fields, such as mode of travel, casualty severity, collision location, date and vehicle type.

In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.
