Can you please provide statistics on how many POMAS badges and cards have been issued to the general public, including charities, organisations since its launch in 2017? Until now April 2022.
We answered
Thank you for your request of 29th March 2022 asking for information about “Please Offer Me A Seat” (POMAS) badges.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Can you please provide statistics on how many POMAS badges and cards have been issued to the general public, including charities, organisations since its launch in 2017? Until now April 2022.”
I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Since its launch and up to the date of your request - 29th March 2022 - TfL have issued 98,216 POMAS badges.
