FOI request regarding ULEZ Expansion in October 2021

Dear TFL,
I am XXXX, student of Data Journalism at City, University of London. I look forward to gather some details from the TFL regarding the ULEZ zone expansion for my assignment project.
The FOI requests are as follows,
1- After the expansion of ULEZ in London, how much revenue in terms of fine or ULEZ fee have been generated from the new expanded area from the date extension was brought into effect.
2- After the extension in ULEZ, can it be said that more people from the new expanded area are taking TFL services instead of using their own vehicles? If yes, has there been any significant amount of rise in the revenue?
Note: The time period I am looking for is from October 2021 until January 2022. If possible, kindly provide monthly breakdown or a combined sum will also work. It would also be very helpful, if data for the month of February can also be provided.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 March 2022 asking for information about ULEZ.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require.
After the expansion of ULEZ in London, how much revenue in terms of fine or ULEZ fee have been generated from the new expanded area from the date extension was brought into effect.
We are unable to provide information on revenue received for the expanded area only. Should you require information relating to the entire zone (i.e the original zone and the expanded zone) we could provide this.

After the extension in ULEZ, can it be said that more people from the new expanded area are taking TFL services instead of using their own vehicles? If yes, has there been any significant amount of rise in the revenue?
We are unable to answer this – we cannot separate any increase in public transport use resulting from the ULEZ expansion from other significant influences, such as the pandemic and return to work.
