Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28th October 2023 asking for information about a collision at the pedestrian crossing of the North Circular Road A406 junction with Hamilton Road W5.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Please supply Police report on accident to Pedestrian crossing, central reservation Traffic Light Post knocked over, Place: junction of A406 North Circular Rd with Hamilton Road, Ealing W5 Date: on or before Tuesday 24 October 2023”.
I am afraid that TfL does not hold the requested information. Note that we only receive details of collisions that involve personal injury. If this was a damage-only collision TfL would not receive a report from the police. If there was an injury and a report is received by TfL the details will be published, once processed, next year on our Road Danger Reduction Dashboard (see here: https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/road-safety). Page 4 of the Dashboard allows collisions to be mapped for specific areas. However, no such report has been received from the Police to date.
