I would like to see the scientific details of how ULEZ has improved air quality and how it will further improve quality when the ULEZ zone is expanded.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17th January 2023 asking for information about the ULEZ expansion.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

Specifically you asked:

This information is already published on the TfL website. Please see the following links:

a “ULEZ impact analysis” (beginning on page 30), going back to 2019 when the scheme was first introduced.
