Dear TfL,
Hope you're well. I'd like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act. Please may you publish the number of times and length of time that the Jubilee Line has had (a): minor delays and (b): severe delays per week for each week from January 2021. Please may you break this down by northbound and southbound line if this information is available.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17th January 2023 asking for information about the performance of the Jubilee Line since January 2021. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
Tfl proactively publishes London Underground performance data for all lines on our website via the following link:
As an example, I attach a copy of the file for “service operated” which provides data for all lines by four-week reporting period going back to 2018/19. Other performance metrics such as “Excess Journey Time” data can also be found via the link above.
In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.
