Thank you for your request of 5^th March 2021 asking for information held by TfL about your father.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

“My fathers details held by tfl due to unlawful barring:

I am requesting my fathers details kept by tfl.”

In accordance with section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act we are unable to provide information about third parties (i.e information about other people) to FOI applicants where it would be unfair on the individual concerned to do so. On the basis of the information provided so far we cannot assume that your father would be content for any information held about him to be issued. However, if you are acting for your father note that you can make a ‘Subject Access Request’ (which will be handled under data protection law rather than the Freedom of Information act) on his behalf via the following section of our website:

If you fill-out and submit the relevant form your request will be processed accordingly. Note that when submitting a request on behalf of somebody else their consent must be evidenced in writing and enclosed with the form. You must also enclose proof of their identity and address.
