TfL Ref: FOI-2323-1718
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 November 2017 asking for information about various TfL services.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked:
- 1. From 2016 to the most recently available data, how many Northern line services have had delays?
- 2. Could I have this information as a percentage of all Northern line services, and as a percentage compared to the average percentage of delays on all underground services?
We do not hold this information as we do not record individual train delays. We measure the overall impact of delays in either Lost Customer Hours or Excess Journey Time. Please see the following link for the information we have recorded in relation to delays: https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/underground-services-performance
- 3. What are the numbers of people working for TFL aged 65 and above.
As at 9 December 2017 there are 461 employees aged 65 and over.
- 4. The number of touch in and touch outs on 15/10/2017 in Kentish Town Station
- 5. The number of touch in and touch outs on 14/10/2017 and 16/10/2017 in Kentish Town Station
Please see the table below, noting the following caveats:
- This data represents all entries and exits at Kentish Town Station, regardless of onward mode used (i.e. London Underground; National Rail).
- No account is made within this data for customers interchanging between London Underground and National Rail.
- Any customers not validating, or being provided access by station staff opening a gate is unlikely to be accounted for.

6. From 01/01/2017 to the present day, the number of accidents/incidents involving buses on Kentish Town Road
We do not yet hold this information. The Metropolitan Police (MPS) introduced a new input database back in November 2016 which involves individual officers inputting their own records rather than the collision report books being sent off to a central team. This has resulted in some data reliability and compatibility issues which we are currently working with the MPS to resolve. As a consequence we have been unable to process any 2017 data into our collision database, so we are unable to supply the requested information at this time.
However, you can find data from previous years at the following link: https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/safety-and-security/road-safety/london-collision
If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.
Yours sincerely
