Could you share with me a list of postcodes within the current ULEZ zone & a list of the prospective ones that would come into effect from August 2023.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 9th December 2022 asking for ULEZ postcode lists. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Could you share with me a list of postcodes within the current ULEZ zone & a list of the prospective ones that would come into effect from August 2023.”
I can confirm that we hold the information you require, which can be found in the attached spreadsheets. Please note that this information represents a snapshot in time (taken from November data), and that the list can change over time as new postcodes are added or removed by Royal Mail.
