Detailed ULEZ postcode list

Hello, could you provide me with a spreadsheet listing all the postcodes that fall within the Low Emission Zone as of 8 April 2019? Could you also provide me with a spreadsheet listing all the postcodes that fall within the ULEZ once it is expanded to Greater London in October 2020?

Given the title of your request, in addition to the ULEZ commencing on 8 April 2019, we have assumed that you are referring to this and have attached a spreadsheet of postcodes in the Congestion Charge zone as these mirror the ULEZ boundaries. Please note that we do not hold postcodes for the expanded zone.
