To whom it may concern, I'd like to inquire about the residential information, completely anonymized and by borough (Camden, Southwark, etc) and/or county (Essex, Kent, etc) (no personal information or distinguishing details), about licensed Taxi/Hackney Carriages. Completely happy for this to be expressed as percentages (%) of the total number of Taxi/Hackney Carriage licenses issued at present. I'm not looking for personal information, but rather to gather information about where Taxi/Hackney Carriage licenses are registered to by Borough/County across London and the South.
