Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22 November 2018 asking for information about fares and ticketing.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we do hold some of the information you require. You asked:

Under "RIGHT TO INFORMATION" act - I wish to know, for last 1 year.

1.how many journeys start from Hounslow East and end in max fare charged before end of that day's TFL charge period (which is at 3:59am next day)

2.how many of above journeys are "everyday office commute journeys" - people starting and coming back to Hounslow East for >= 4 days of week.

In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.

For the other three parts of your request, we do not hold the information you are requesting to that level of detail on the reasons for customer journeys. In addition, we only retain Oyster data for the previous 8 weeks not for the whole year.
