Thank you for your request of 20th December 2021 asking for a copy of TfL’s “policy concerning electric scooters”, which has been passed to me to respond to by our Press Office.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
There is no single TfL “policy” concerning e-scooters. The following pages of our website provides general information about the use of e-scooters in London and in particular the current e-scooter rental trial in London:
