You asked

1) How many complaints (online/by post/by phone/by email) did TfL receive in relation to the temporary renaming of Bond Street to Burberry Street? Please tell me the nature of each of the complaints in as much detail as possible (they can be broken down into categories to avoid going over the cost/time limit) and please tell me the age of the person who complained (if this is known). 2) Please can you confirm when the Bond Street sign was changed to Burberry Street and the date the Burberry Street sign was changed to Bond Street 3) Please send me any equality impact assessment that was done in the consultation phase before the decision to make the name change was made

Thank you for your request received on 20 September 2023 asking for information about the renaming of Bond Street Station to ‘Burberry Street’.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

1)         How many complaints (online/by post/by phone/by email) did TfL receive in relation to the temporary renaming of Bond Street to Burberry Street? Please tell me the nature of each of the complaints in as much detail as possible (they can be broken down into categories to avoid going over the cost/time limit) and please tell me the age of the person who complained (if this is known).

Please see the requested information in the table below. The complaints were received by our Customer Contact Centre between 15-19 September. We do not capture the age of a person:

2)         Please can you confirm when the Bond Street sign was changed to Burberry Street and the date the Burberry Street sign was changed to Bond Street

The Burberry Street signage was in place from start of service on Friday 15 September to end of service on Monday 18 September.

3)         Please send me any equality impact assessment that was done in the consultation phase before the decision to make the name change was made
