Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act our information access policy. I can confirm TfL does hold the information you require.
We proactively publish collisions data via our Road danger reduction dashboards, which can be found on the following page of our website:

As you can see, the map provides data on collisions and injuries as far back as January 2017. You can use the +/- icons to zoom in on a specific area of the map or use the lasso function to select collisions within a specific area.
