Thank you for your request received by us on 9 January 2021 asking for information about the validity of the Transport for London (TfL) Retired Staff Pass on various public transport networks.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:

We would like to advise that you can use a Retired staff Oyster card to travel free on the following networks:
Free travel on all London bus services displaying the red or white roundel on the front and any other bus service where TfL fares apply; except for any special services.
Free travel on the following National Rail services when travelling by standard class only between the stations listed below:
Amersham – Marylebone.
Finsbury Park – Moorgate; via Drayton Park only.
Fenchurch Street – Upminster.
Stratford - Liverpool Street.
Kentish Town - Elephant & Castle or London Bridge.
Euston - Watford Junction.
A Retired Staff Oyster card also provides a third off travel on the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers, plus a reduced rate on the Emirates Air Line.
National Rail Lines which were previously operated by London Underground.
Unfortunately, from the above description provided, we are unable to identify the information you require for this part of your request and assume that you may have meant the reverse; i.e. former National Rail services that are now part of the London Underground network. An example of this is north of Queens Park Station on the Bakerloo line, which was previously a mainline rail line.
