I would like to get the london underground hourly(or 15-min) passenger count of every other days. I have found similar one but it was kind of average of days. I want to have data of all days from 2008 to 2022.

Thank you for your email which we received on 15 September 2023, asking for information about London Underground passenger counts. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm TfL does hold the information you require. You specifically asked:

London Underground passenger counts data is available to download on the TfL website here: https://tfl.gov.uk/info-for/open-data-users/our-open-data#on-this-page-2. You’ll need to register to gain access to the live feeds. If you are unable to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
We also have annual station passenger counts data from 2017 to 2022 available via http://crowding.data.tfl.gov.uk/. You may be also interested in the London Underground entry and exit data that can be found at Network Demand data, going back to the beginning of 2020 and which can be filtered by specific timeframes and stations.
In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.
