I am trying to find out my freedom pass history used on 368 arriva bus on xxxx 2021 going to xxxx. My purse was stolen on this bus and I am trying to find out exactly what time I boarded the bus and the fleet number by my freedom pass, I boarded the bus at xxxx around xxxx I got off at xxxx, the Fraud team at First Direct are investigating and any information you can give me would be very much appreciated i.e fleet number. My Freedom Pass no. Is xxxxx
Also any camera footage on the bus would help. Thanking you for any help

In relation to the request about your Freedom Pass usage, please note that as the information requested relates directly to yourself it falls under the provisions of data protection law rather than the Freedom of Information Act. Buses in London are operated by private companies under contract with TfL and any CCTV footage from those buses is held by those companies rather than TfL.
