My request relates to the junctions of Hamilton Terrace and Abercorn Place, and Hamilton Terrace and Hall Road, both within the City of Westminster. For the purpose of this request, please consider both the junction itself, and the area within 20m of the junction on all approaching roads.
I am requesting data where slight, serious, or fatal collisions occurred between motor vehicles (all categories), and pedestrians or pedal cyclists.
The period of this request covers calendar years 2020, and 2021 (recognising the data for 2021 may be incomplete).
Please supply the data broken down based on the following criteria:
i. the junction, or the adjacent area
ii. whether the collision was slight, serious, or fatal iii. whether the collision involved pedestrians, or pedal cyclists iv. the calendar year in which the collision took place

Thank you for your email received by us on 30 November 2021 asking for information about collision data during 2020 and 2021 in the City of Westminster.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked for the following:
the junctions of Hamilton Terrace and Abercorn Place, and Hamilton Terrace and Hall Road, both within the City of Westminster. For the purpose of this request, please consider both the junction itself, and the area within 20m of the junction on all approaching roads.

The information you asked for is available on our website using the following link to the road data reduction dashboard and data section here: https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/road-safety which provides a link at the top of the page to the interactive dashboard for interactive road safety reports covering the capital. To obtain the data you are seeking, please follow the steps below:
Following the introduction on the first page, on page two select the date range in the top left hand corner, which encompasses data from 5 May 2018 to 26 February 2021. Slide the scale to the calendar years of interest, and click on the date range calendar to select the start and end dates.
Select Westminster in the drop down list of local authorities
The age band, gender and mode of travel categories can also be refined, if desired. Summary statistics and breakdown of data in various graphs are provided accordingly on this page.
Pages three, four and six provide borough wide casualty trends, casualty comparisons and a borough casualty map respectively.
The London Collision Map is featured on page five. Again, please slide the scale to the calendar years of interest, click on the date range calendar to select the start and end dates for the timescale referenced in your request.
Select Westminster from the drop down list of councils.
Towards the right hand side: ‘Select a square on the grid map to zoom into collisions on the map below. To view the collision description including the date, time location, vehicle and casualty details, hover over an individual point’.
Please enter the name of the road in the proceeding search facility, click on the magnifying glass icon and zoom into, for example the junction between Hamilton Place and Abercorn Place.
Blue circles in the vicinity indicate the collision location; clicking on these icons provide collision severity, casualty mode of travel and collision description.
