We answered
TfL Ref 2007-2021
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 7 January 2021 asking for information about ULEZ Expansion camera locations.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
‘With the Expansion of the ULEZ to the north and south circular roads 750 ANPR cameras are being installed to enforce the ULEZ. Please can I have the locations of where all the cameras are being installed.’
TfL does not hold the requested information - the exact locations for such cameras has not yet been finalised. Please note however that TfL would not, in any event, release into the public domain the location of such cameras as to do so would undermine their purpose. The rationale for this is as set out in similar previous cases, such as the one that can be found via the following link in relation to LEZ scheme:
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/tfl_anpr_cameras_and_data?unfold=1
More general information about the ULEZ expansion - including a map of the area to be covered from 25th October 2021 - can be found on our website here:

If you are considering submitting a further request please think carefully about whether the request is essential at this current time, as answering information requests will require the use of limited resources and the attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity. Where requests are made, please note that our response time may be impacted by the current situation.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely,
