The attached letter claims TfL, through discussions with taxi and private hire trade representatives, has been made aware of private hire drivers speaking on the phone while passengers are on board.
Please provide me with all information TfL has concerning such claims made to it. This should include but be not limited to all emails, minutes, contemporaneous notes etc.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27 September 2018 asking for information surrounding the letter attached to your request.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do not hold the information you require. We have already advised the XXX on social media that the notice you refer to is fake. Therefore we do not hold any information supporting it.
