The attached letter claims TfL, through discussions with taxi and private hire trade representatives, has been made aware of private hire drivers speaking on the phone while passengers are on board. Please provide me with all information TfL has concerning such claims made to it. This should include but be not limited to all emails, minutes, contemporaneous notes etc.
